We host small businesses primarily and some personal websites. We have been hosting email and websites for some 8 years now and we feel as though we understand just about every pitfall, from domain name transfers to email pick-up applications (Outlook, etc), we have seen it all and fixed it! If you have any questions, please call and we will be happy to help you. We are VAT registered and ANSWER THE PHONE - just try getting that from any other provider!
Our Hosting: (where we keep our servers)
We have two different Data centres, one London's Canary Wharf and one in Reading, this protects you from any single single failure. Both data centers have all the standard support systems required by any modern facility. Electrical power is provided by 3 separate sub-stations, complete security, gas powered fire supression systems (not water!).
With this superior infrastructure, you can be assured that service will never become an issue.
Ask any other provider, if they provide two separate Data centers, that offer:
- 100Mbps Direct Connection to Gig-E Network (Multiple POP [Points Of Presence, onto the UK fibre network backbone] connections)
- Redundant Power Feeds
- Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems

- Environmental-control Units
- Fire-suppression Systems - not water is used
- Technology Service Centre: 24 x 7 x 365 system administrators on-site to monitor and maintain the data centre infrastructure and client equipment
